Return Instructions
Please refer to your packing slip for specific return instructions, as some items may not be eligible for both return options. If you no longer have the packing slip, first check to see which return options are available by follow these steps.

Here are the basic steps:

Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information. |

2. |

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item. |

3. |
|
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. |
|
4. |
|
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. |
|

|
Contact www.BeastKicks.com's Customer Service Department at (support@BeastKicks.com) if additional info is needed regarding your return. For your protection, obtain a delivery confirmation return receipt with your return order. All returns must be via The United States Postal Service (i.e. USPS). |

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. |

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. |
Return Rules and Restrictions
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.
- You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Care Representative immediately at 1-305-515-8169.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product.
- Some items purchased online at www.BeastKicks.com may NOT be returned to the www.BeastKicks.com ’s warehouse.
Return Exceptions
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. If an item cannot be returned, it will be noted beside the item on the product detail page and in your Shopping Cart.
Non-refundable items include:
- opened software or kits
- electronic media products that are not defective (CD-ROMs, DVDs, Computer Games, Software, etc.)
Software and Games will be accepted as a return if the package is not opened or as an exchange if the Software or Game is defective.
